Senior Portraits for Josh in Rocklin, CA

Josh is Rocklin's Track Star and he has the metals to prove it! We met at a park in Rocklin this week for his Senior Portraits. He was referred to us by a friend who had their Senior Portraits done with us too. Thank you Cindy for telling them about us, we always love to meet the family and friends of our current "Portrait Families" :o) We had a lot of fun together and that is what helps us get the story of the graduate in our images. Take a look at this fabulous location and the hurdle jumping track guy who is about to graduate... By the way Josh, love the hair! ;o)>
Thank you so much for coming to us for your Senior Portraits, we can't wait to share the final images with you guys and we will be in touch with you soon!

Fenner Family Portraits

It's Family Portrait time at the Fenners home. The wonderful thing about having your own personal on-location photographers is that you never have to leave the comfort of your home! Thanks to Mom and Dad's beautiful backyard we were able to set up the family so that the backyard was our backdrop. The yard was very picturesque and was very inviting. We started off with the entire family "tree" and then broke off into the "branches", for some fun poses. Take a look at this adorable family, oh and by the way, this is yet another extension of one of my favorite families, whose family portraits are below, the Fischer Family. The guy standing to the left and John in the Fischer family portraits are brothers! Love you all!
Grandma has some very special memories that she shares with each one of her grandchildren and she wanted to capture these moments while we were there. That way she could look back for many years at the portraits and reflect on these precious moments with them.
Thank you so much to my assistant Tammy for helping with the baby and the children and thank you so much Fenner Family and the "branches" of the family, we really enjoyed being with your families and getting to know you better. And, Lance thanks for the laughs LOL :o)

John & Krista's Family Portraits

I am beginning to sound like a broken record (not that I am at all complaining!) because I have photographed this family so many times! I just need to learn how to become a better writer and get creative with my words too, then each of their stories would sound fresh and new every time. :o)
Krista's mom Shelli and I go way back to our days together with Pampered Chef, now almost 10 have passed and we now continue to stay in touch through her children and now Grandchildren. CONGRATS John and Krista on your news, your mom told me :o) hehehe, and a very Happy Anniversary to you guys too! It has been one year since we photographed your Wedding last May boy does time fly. We have also totally enjoyed documenting the life of your little boy Justin over the last year as well. And to Johns dismay it was family portrait time AGAIN. We love you John for being such a good sport even though you strongly dis-like having your portraits taken, hey at least we make you look as handsome in print as you do in real life! Not to mention when you stand beside Krista she makes you look even better. Thanks so much Reichardt and Fischer families, we love documenting your lives through our lenses, enjoy your sneak peek!
These photographs are always fun to do with Dads, look at the smile on Justin's face! He was very serious about this session until John hung him upside down, then he was grinning from ear to ear.
You all look amazing and it was fun playing at the park with you guys. We feel like we are with family when we are with you, thank you so much and we are looking forward to photographing the next one too! Have an awesome Anniversary :o)

Matt's Senior Portraits

People often ask me what my favorite subjects are to photograph and I tell them first off I love photography period, I love variety and I love documenting my life & the lives of others. There is only one way to freeze time and that is through the lenses of a camera. I love the artistic side of it as well as the personal side of photography, whether its people or places. With that said, near the top of my list is High School Senior Portraits. Teenagers are fun to work with and it's a very exciting time in their lives. I always have a lot of fun with the graduates, creating portraits to tell their story adds another avenue for me to express my creativity in many different ways. So although I love ALL types of photography I gotta say that Senior Portraits Rock! :o)
This handsome young man below is Matt. He is on the Basketball team and we had to get some shots of him in his letterman jacket. He was referred to us by a beautiful young girl named Larissa and her mom Paulette. We had the privilege of photographing her senior portraits a few weeks ago in the same location as a matter of fact! Larissa has definitely left a lasting impression on me that I will not soon forget because of her incredible personality and maturity. Thank you so much for telling Matt's family about us, we appreciate the compliment and it has been awesome working with you guys! Here is a sneak peek into Matt's session...
This portrait here is one of our personal favorites...
Matt you look great! Love all of the different looks and I enjoyed running all over town with you and your parents! I can't wait to share the rest of the images with you guys. Thank you so much for having us document this important part of your life. We will be in touch with you soon.
