Apple Hill

My family and I went up to Apple Hill last weekend - Carmel Apples and Fudge Factory here we come!! We love our yearly trip to Apple Hill and this year Mema (grandma) went with us, along with my assistant Desire' and her husband Tim. I have been dying to get family pictures taken of my family and since I am the one who is always behind the lens we have not had family portraits done since I was pregnant with my second son. So I thought it would be fun to let Desi try out her skills and do some portraits at High Hill ranch. She did a really good job! I am excited to see her progress as she is hoping to break out on her own in the photography profession. Desire definitely has "the eye".

I also got some great shots of my boys with their Mema and a few of Desi. She is so fun to photograph with her cute haircut and her edgy style. My oldest son, Rane went with his Mema to get his face painted just before the sprinkling started. We got our Pumpkin Fudge and ate some lunch, but before we could head home Mema had to find her Apple Turn Over and I had to get my Starbuck's! My favorite drink right now is the Peppermint Mocha - Yummy!

I hope you have enjoyed reading my first blog entry. There will be more to come with upcoming photo sessions and events. I would love to hear any comments you may have. Please let me know what is on your mind!
